
Attorney at law Anna Baranska, PhD, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, and then started doctoral studies at the Department of Private International Law of the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration. In 2021, Anna defended her doctoral thesis entitled. ” Contractual Assignment of Party of Obligation.”
Anna completed her general legal training at the State School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution and her attorney’s traineeship at the District Bar Council in Krakow. During her lawyer’s traineeship, Anna gained experience in law firms in Krakow and Italy.
A graduate of the School of Austrian Law organized by Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the University of Vienna and the School of Italian and European Law organized by Warsaw University in cooperation with Universita di Catania.
Her professional interests include contract law, property law, real estate, construction law, and energy law.
In her free time, Anna loves cooking, traveling and skiing.
