Attorney-at-law Piotr Ochwat is a graduate of law studies at the Jagiellonian University and his master’s thesis awarded the Prize of the Minister of Economy for the best scientific work on intellectual property.
During his advocate traineeship, he gained experience in law firms in Krakow and Nowy Targ.
Until 2021, he ran an individual law firm.

Attorney Piotr Ochwat mainly practices commercial (contract) law, intellectual property law and advises on M&A transactions.

In addition, his professional interests include property law – real estate and succession law.
Academic interests: trademark law, industrial property law, civil law.
